This guide explains how managers can use the Reports module in ITG Admin to analyze performance data.
Each tab — Dashboard, Campaigns Report, Channels Report, and Daily Report — serves a distinct purpose with its own filter set.
The document outlines each tab’s purpose, key metrics and columns, available filters, step-by-step workflow, and export instructions.

Table (Figure 2):
Displays Ad unit module data: Request, Impressions, No Show, Error, Complete, Engagements, and Closed.
The module table breaks down ad delivery performance per creative. Each row represents one creative (module). Each metric column shows both an absolute count and a percentage.
| Column | Description | % Calculation |
|---|---|---|
| Module | The name of the creative unit being reported on. | — |
| Requests | Total number of times the SDK requested an ad to be shown. The baseline for all delivery percentages. | — |
| Impressions | How many times the ad was successfully displayed to a viewer. | Impressions / Requests |
| No Show | Requests where the ad was not displayed and no error occurred — for example, the content window closed before the ad could render, or signal conditions were not met. | No Shows / Requests |
| Error | Requests that failed due to a technical issue, such as a broken asset URL, a Flexi JSON parsing error, or a network failure. | Errors / Requests |
| Complete | Impressions where the ad played to completion (or met the defined completion threshold). | Completions / Impressions |
| Closed | Impressions where the viewer actively dismissed the ad before it completed (e.g., tapped the close/X button). | Closed / Impressions |
| Other | Outcomes that do not map to the above categories, such as mid-session timeouts or unclassified SDK states. | Other / Impressions |
| Engagements | Times a viewer interacted with the ad — clicking a CTA, tapping a button, or triggering an action within the Flexi creative. | Engagements / Impressions |
💡 Note: Impressions, No Show, and Error percentages are calculated against Requests (delivery funnel). Complete, Closed, Other, and Engagements percentages are calculated against Impressions (post-display behavior).
