Overview

This guide covers two key areas of the ITG platform for admin users:

  1. Campaigns — How to create and manage advertising campaigns in the ITG Admin Panel, including targeting, scheduling, capping, and reporting.
  2. /creatives API Endpoint — How to retrieve creatives programmatically using the ITG Open API, with support for filtering by tags.

Part 1: Campaigns

Campaigns in ITG are the core mechanism for managing how, when, and where ad creatives are delivered to viewers across your CTV apps. The campaign management tool provides full control over targeting, scheduling, pacing, and performance tracking.

Creating a New Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns in the left sidebar menu.
  2. Click “Add Campaign”.
  3. Fill in the campaign details:
Field Description
Name A descriptive name for the campaign
Advertiser The advertiser associated with this campaign
Status Active / Paused / Draft
Priority Determines ad-serving precedence when multiple campaigns compete for the same slot
Price Mode The pricing model for the campaign (e.g., CPM)
Price Rate The rate value for the selected pricing model
  1. Set the Campaign Goal, Rate, and Budget.
  2. Configure Tags Information — add Included Tags and/or Excluded Tags for targeting (see below).
  3. Configure Scheduling (see below).
  4. Define Targeting rules (see below).
  5. Click Save.
